隐私政策

DuoFold（下称「本软件」）由 QINAXIS TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED（中沁科技集团有限公司，下称「我们」）提供。本政策说明本软件如何处理你的信息。本软件有两个版本：通过 Mac App Store 获取的版本，以及从 duofold.app 下载的官网版本，两者的差别写在下面。
屏幕画面与开合角度
为了实现合屏效果，本软件会在你授权「屏幕录制」后读取当前的屏幕画面，并读取 MacBook 的屏幕开合角度传感器。画面和角度只在你的 Mac 上由本机实时处理，不会被录制、保存或上传，也不会发送给我们或任何第三方。
Mac App Store 版本
App Store 版本不需要账户，我们不收集任何个人信息，也不会连接我们的服务器。购买由 Apple 处理，我们无法获得你的付款信息。
官网版本
官网版本需要账户来开始试用和购买，我们会收集：
- 邮箱地址，以及你设置的密码（仅保存经加盐哈希处理后的结果，我们无法看到原始密码）；
- 如果使用 Google 或 Apple 登录：对应账户的唯一标识，以及你选择分享的邮箱；
- 购买记录：订单号、金额、币种与时间。付款由 Stripe 处理，我们不会接触你的完整银行卡信息。
这些信息仅用于登录、确认购买、发送重置密码等服务通知。我们不将其用于广告，也不出售或提供给第三方用于营销。
官网版本会定期访问 duofold.app 检查是否有新版本，这一请求不包含你的个人信息，只包含所有网络请求都会带有的技术信息（例如 IP 地址与软件版本）。
服务提供方
我们使用以下服务来运行官网版本，它们会按各自的隐私政策处理相关数据：Cloudflare（网站与服务器托管、发送邮件）、Stripe（付款）、Google 与 Apple（登录）。
保存与删除
账户信息会保存到你删除账户为止。你可以随时在官网版本的「账户」页面删除账户，删除后，账户、登录记录和关联的购买记录会从我们的服务器上移除。Stripe 可能按法律要求保留付款记录。
儿童
本软件不面向 13 岁以下（或你所在地区法律规定年龄以下）的儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
政策更新
如果本政策有变更，我们会在此页面公布更新后的版本，并更新上方的生效日期。

Privacy Policy
Effective September 15, 2026
DuoFold ("the app") is provided by QINAXIS TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED ("we"). This policy explains how the app handles your information. The app comes in two versions: the one from the Mac App Store, and the one downloaded from duofold.app. Where they differ, it says so below.
Screen contents and lid angle
To draw its effect, the app reads what is on your screen once you allow Screen Recording, and reads your MacBook's lid angle sensor. Both are processed live on your Mac only. They are never recorded, stored or uploaded, and never sent to us or anyone else.
Mac App Store version
The App Store version needs no account. We collect no personal information, and the app does not connect to our servers. Apple handles the purchase; we never see your payment details.
Website version
The website version needs an account to start the trial and to buy. We collect:
- your email address and, if you set one, your password (stored only as a salted hash; we can't see the password itself);
- if you sign in with Google or Apple, that account's unique identifier and the email you choose to share;
- purchase records: order number, amount, currency and time. Stripe handles payment; we never see your full card details.
We use this only to sign you in, confirm your purchase and send service messages such as password resets. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.
The website version checks duofold.app for updates now and then. The check carries no personal information, only what any web request carries, such as your IP address and the app's version.
Service providers
These services run the website version and process data under their own privacy policies: Cloudflare (hosting and email), Stripe (payment), Google and Apple (sign-in).
Keeping and deleting
Account information is kept until you delete your account. You can delete it at any time on the Account page of the website version; your account, sign-ins and linked purchase records are then removed from our servers. Stripe may keep payment records where the law requires.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the age your local law sets), and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
